Refund Policy
Clients are entering into a contract with a term of 12 months paid on a monthly basis. Full refunds or partial refunds of monthly service fees are not provided.
Please note that the onboarding of a client requires extensive work early on in the engagement; therefore, any client who terminates a service agreement prior to ten months of service will be held legally liable for the entire balance due on the agreement.
All service plans are paid monthly in advance via an automatic credit card transaction.
Monthly plans automatically renew annually but can be canceled with notice before the start of the new billable year.

The tax return preparation services noted in our plans are included after 12 consecutive months of service payments. Consequently, new clients will be billed separately for the first year of tax return preparation services if the client's contract has not met the 12-month of service requirement.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline to perform a service, you will be notified of the reason for the decline, and we will issue a full refund of the first month's fee when a service is declined.
